What you should do if your SAKA offline?
When your GPS device is offline, there are some possibilities that must be determined. The most common reasons for your GPS device to be offline are:-
- Your vehicle is inside a building where the GPS signal cannot be detected.
- If your vehicle is located in an area without a telco line, your GPS device may not be able to update its location regularly.
- You have made some modifications to your vehicle that may have resulted in the wiring of your GPS device being disconnected.
- Your vehicle's battery runs out due to not sending the IPM and idling until your GPS device can no longer obtain power source from your vehicle's battery For more information, please see this FAQ (https://support.stopanik.com/hc/articles/16/what-happens-if-i-forget-to-send-ipm-and-idling).
If you have determined that the cause is not related to the above explanation and your GPS device have been offline for more than 24 hours, you will need to issue a ticket to us so that our technical team can assist you with the GPS device problem. If necessary, we will schedule a troubleshooting session for your device.
