You can only contact our help via this website (https:/support.stopanik/login), which requires you to login first before sending any tickets by using your email and the default password that was sent to you when you purchased our product.

Please keep in mind that after our team responds to your ticket, your ticket status will remain pending until you respond back to our team. If you do not respond within 7 days, your ticket status will be closed automatically, and you will need to submit a new ticket if you encounter another problem.
When you need assistance, our support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM except public holiday.
