What do you need to do after purchasing?
1) Before installation setting
The Sales Team will contact you further via WhatsApp/ call to get detail as below:
- Brand and model vehicle
- Copy of IC for Malaysian. Passport for foreigner.
- Date and time to set an appointment (ignore if you are purchasing the portable device)
Then, you will receive an email from the Support Team mentioning that your email and the default password for:
- GPS tracking platform: https://gps.stopanik.com
- Support Centre: https://support.stopanik.com
- Try to log in using your email and the default password provided.
- You may change the password as you like later on
- Read the manual at Support Centre first before your installation session to ensure the session goes smoothly.
2) During the installation session
- Check your availability of devices that appear on the GPS Tracking platform.
3) After installation and within the subscription period
- If you have any inquiries regarding technical, subscriptions, etc please issue the ticket to https://support.stopanik.com
- Stopanik Team will not entertain any issue highlighted in Whatsapp sales and via email
- Subscribe Stopanik newsletter to get tips, promo discounts, and alert from Stopanik Community User Program from time to time
