In Default Setting (IPM & Idling is deactivated), when parking SAKA will update every 5 minutes if there is GPRS (2G network). SAKA support 2G network only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION (FAQ
Q: WHEN GPRS COMMAND IPM & IDLING MUST BE SENT?
A: If the motorcycle is parked or static for more than 24 hours.
Q: WHY MUST SEND GPRS COMMAND IPM & IDLING?
A: To save on the use of motorcycle batteries at a minimum rate when parking. Saka SP05 will optimize the use of motorcycle battery if GPRS command IPM & Idling has been sent. Attention! Every command sent must be able to receive reply SMS from Saka. If you do not receive a reply SMS from Saka, there are two problem situations:
1) Your device credit has run out. Please issue ticket through Stopanik Support website to top up your device sim card, minimum credit transfer minimum RM10 on Stopanik bank account 562768419837 Stopanik Sdn Bhd.
*Tips: if you want to know the credit is still left you can refer to the page How to Send Short SMS Command. Remember! The lite package is the only data you can get for FREE. For credit you can only get FREE RM4 once. we have already informed you to Deactivate Voicemail the number that received Saka call (Please refer to Saka SP05 Manual).
2) Absence of GPRS (2G) network for example in basement areas. Multilevel parking, between buildings, rooftops, and areas with GPRS signal barriers. Please send command where there is a network.
Q: HOW TO KNOW SAKA HAS RESPONSE THE COMMAND?
A: #6666#SLEEP#5# = Activate IPM
#6666#SLEEP#0# = Deactivate IPM
#6666#SST#60# = Activate Idling
#6666#SST#0# = Deactivate Idling
This is the Last Command that can be viewed on the sensor panel which indicates the command on
Saka has been successfully sent.

Q: IF YOU ACTIVATE IPM & IDLING WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO NOT DEACTIVATE IT AGAIN?
A: Depends on your choice whether to continue activating or deactivating. Only when in IPM & Idling status is activated Saka less active and vibration sensitivity will decrease. When you touch the motorcycle it will be slow to respond. Also will slow to update location to the server.
Q: WHAT IS SAKA BATTERY?
A: Look at the sensor panel Stopanik Mobile App or website gps.stopanik.com Saka Battery is the level of Saka battery capacity (150mAh).
100% = Full
16% = The battery is almost empty
100% -> 83% -> 66% ->50% -> 33% -> 16%
When the battery level is at 66%, Saka will call you many times to remind you that the device battery is low power.
In this case, Saka running use a 150mAh battery backup. Then there is the PowerCut which you can see on the sensor panel: gps.stopanik.com

Alarm - PowerCut
This PowerCut besides battery voltage is low, it shows there are some situations where:
1) SAKA has been revoked.
2) The battery / positive wire / negative wire of the battery has been removed.
3) The positive wire (Saka harness wire) has been cut/removed.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FORGET TO SEND IPM & IDLING?
A: The motorcycle battery will run out. Remember! Saka works at a minimum current rate. The risk for the battery runs out is high if you forget to send GPRS Command IPM & Idling.
Q: IS THERE AN EFFECT ON SAKA IF THE BATTERY IS OUT?
A: No. Even if you jumper starts the battery, the fuse on the positive wire (on the Saka harness) will burn first if overvoltage occurs.
Q: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF THE MOTORCYCLE BATTERY IS OUT?
A: Relax. Do not panic. Take a deep breath. you can jumper start the battery or replace it with a new battery. It is better to save the depleted battery if it can be recharged as a backup later.
Q: I GOT A CALL FROM SAKA BUT DID NOT GET NOTIFICATION FROM MOBILE APPS?
A: Usually this will happen when the device does not have an internet connection (GPRS). for example: you park the motorcycle in the basement. You will still get calls from the device because the device still has a GSM signal to make calls to your phone. GSM: to make calls and send SMS. GPRS: to send data over the internet. Hope this info is useful for you.
